Allan is an award winning singer/songwriter who brings a special quality to each live performance. He has a wide ranging repertoire which is influenced by such genres as pop, folk, country, jazz and blues artists.
Allan started his music career at an early age with his father Danny and his Uncle John in his home town of Ayr in Queensland. Allan has been involved in many bands including one of the most successful Queensland bands, Saddletramps, who were Golden Guitar finalists and Roadside Gang. When Allan moved to Tamworth he formed Out of the Blue which was very popular and successful in northern NSW. Some of Allan's achievements: • Over-all winner - Charters Towers Festival as lead singer of 'Saddletramps' • Champion of Champions - Townsville Country Music Festival • Final 5 for Best New Talent as lead singer of 'Saddletramps' 16th Australasian Country Music Awards • Entertainer of the Year - Tamworth • Over-all winner - Charters Towers as lead singer of 'Roadside Gang' |
Debut Album 'Thinking Of You'

Allan's great love of music and songwriting has finally culminated in the recording of his first CD as a solo artist. The songs were all either written by Allan individually or co-written. The CD was recorded at Kross Kut Records on the Gold Coast where Waddo has been very supportive.
Since the successful album launches in North Queensland, the album has been received very well. There has been great interest from various radio stations Australia-wide.

The self penned title track off his debut album was written while Allan was working out in western Queensland and missing his three children. The clip was filmed in Coffs Harbour where Allan currently resides.
